This article states Wanganella was moored in Doubtful Sound as accommodation for workers. After it finished its run between Sydney and New Zealand, in April 1963 my grandmother, myself and a friend did a cruise on her to Brisbane, Hayman Island and Noumea, New Caledonia. From reading this history it sounds as if it was possibly the last passenger cruise prior to decommissioning. 2001:8003:4457:B000:D7C:80DD:EEFA:9DA (talk) 02:59, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
