According to the German Wikipedia and this website (in German) which was given as source there, the ship was sold by TFDS in 2003 to Kirberg Shipping KS and is, according to the Equasis database (queried by German Wikipedia editor SteKrueBe) still owned by Kirberg. Apparently, TFDS leased back the ship and continued operating it in Hurtigruten, as well after the merger with OVDS to Hurtigruten ASA. But the owner is Kirberg, not Hurtigruten. Another source, in English, says "Sold to Kirberg Shipping KS-Bergen may 28-2003 and lease back by TFDS", but I can't post this link here, as it is from a blacklisted cruise site (probably because of spam).
