In need of cleanup?

[edit]

I was wondering why this article is needed as in need of cleanup. I am working on the page for a project in my English class. Any input for ways to improve this article would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jock Echo Loon (talk) 16:22, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There are several spelling errors that should be corrected. More detailed explanations would be helpful. The second paragraph under 'Advantages' is potentially confusing. Grammar is generally poor throughout the article; your edits are better. Things are also a bit unclear throughout. It may be worth re-writing most of what's there for clarity. I am thinking about added a couple more external links. The first of the links would be to the University of Maryland's Robotics Automation & Medical Systems Laboratory, http://rams.umd.edu/html/rfa.shtml. Another would be to the Imperial College London's Mechatronics in Medicine page, http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/mechatronicsinmedicine/research/mriguidedtransrectalprostatebiopsy. Finally, the last one would be to the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne's Laboratorie de Systemes Robotiques page, http://lsro.epfl.ch/page-34250-en.html. I think these pages would be nice to add as external links so that other potential uses could be explored. Additionally, they have some nice pictures of MRI robots that have been created. Please let me know if these would be okay to add or not. Jock Echo Loon (talk) 05:59, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
