Article name

[edit]

Not sure MD Helicopters MD Explorer sounds right certainly it is not a common name for the helicopter, suggest it may be better named MD Explorer. Any thoughts ? MilborneOne (talk) 13:57, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

MD Helicopters is the name of the Company, and MD Explorer is the name of the aircraft - that follows WP:AIR/NC's guidelines. However, I do agree it is a mouthful! I'd be OK with MD Explorer for simplicity's sake. - BilCat (talk) 16:22, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Die Another Day

[edit]

Isn't this the helicopter that fell out of the transport in the James Bond films? Bachcell (talk) 15:42, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No. The one falling off the AN-124 was MD600N. MD Explorer was seen earlier on the movie as escape way for the villain (ca 48 min. Maciek. (4 march 2013) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.116.224.1 (talk) 09:51, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
