Merger into list

An informal discussion last night led to the idea that this should be merged into the list as M-2 was redirected there. Both are never built, only proposed trunklines. Only speculation, albeit informed, by Chris Bessert makes the BYP M-50 connection. It's not completely appropriate to used Chris' speculation as a basis to merge it into another trunkline article over the list.
