I moved it here, because:

  1. Moldovan/Romanian is an official language of Transnistria, just like Russian, so there's no reason to use Russian instead of Romanian
  2. this town is inhabited mostly by Moldovans, with some Ukrainian minority, but no (or very few) Russians
