Hallo.
I am creating a page for Scottish Film Production company Lyre Productions. I am presently adding reference material showing the evidence for the 2 films the company has made, plus reviews and publicity. I received the message stating this page may be speedily deleted. However, I believe it is in the public interest to know about a Scottish production company who have succeeded in self-distributing their debut film and making their money back - which is very, very rare in the film industry.
I am a company director of Lyre Productions and therefore am fighting to make my voice heard. The film industry is dominated and controlled by the major film studios, none of them British, let alone Scottish, who care little for the art in film-making, therefore I passionately believe it fair and right that the facts be made clear regarding my company. I will not include anything that is false or misleading. The referencese make a strong case for allowing my page to stand, purely as information.
Please let me know if I may keep the page, which I am currently updating.
