Talk:Lyn Squire

I had included Squire's (new) 2023 novel as a little note at the end of his academic stuff: Since his retirement from the World Bank, Squire has turned his attention to crime fiction and publishing in 2023 Immortalised to death, the first of his The Dunston Burnett trilogy.. But I think this triggered the AFD (someone thought it promotional) for someone who to my mind is clearly a notable academic economist with sufficient publications, the editorship of a Journal and an acdemic book subject to multiple indpendent reviews. The only review of the novel.... (there are lots of reviews of his Econ of Project Appraisal book) I could find was the Kirkus one.... But..... (https://www.kirkusreviews.com/book-reviews/lyn-squire/immortalised-to-death/) ... So the novel and him being a new novelist should probably not be mentioned in the article. I just thought it was interesting. Perhaps if and when more reviews come out it could be restored (Msrasnw (talk) 11:47, 11 April 2024 (UTC))
