Hello, I'm GhostRiver. I'll be reviewing this article against the good article criteria. By doing so, I am earning points for the WikiCup and the January 2025 GAN Backlog Drive. Although a quid pro quo review is not necessary, it is appreciated. You can see what open good article nominations I have here.
I will go through the article section by section checking it against the criteria. Once I have finished my review, I will place the article on hold, giving you seven days to respond. If you need more time, just reach out! While I'll always put the article on hold once it's ready for you to look at, you may start making changes before I complete my review. — GhostRiver 21:08, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

Career statistics
[edit]- Personally, I have not seen the need to include citations on his career stats (baseball doesn't do it, and those stats are easily accessible information), but it is recommended procedure
References and links
[edit]- NHL and CHL should be in the publisher domain, not work
- The Athletic is a subscription-based publication, not limited-access
General comments
[edit]- No stability concerns, nominator is a significant contributor
- Photos are properly licensed and relevant to the article
- Copyvio score looks good
- Article is missing an early life section with basic information such as his birth date, birthplace, parents' names, and time playing minor ice hockey in Dartmouth
I am going to be quite honest here—I'm close to failing this article outright on WP:GACR 3a: it addresses the main aspects of the topic. This is not a suitably broad overview of Henman's career thus far. However, I reserve my quickfails for WP:CV and WP:OR violations, which are more seriously detrimental to building the encyclopedia. I do want you to know that you have a lot of work to do before this is up to GA-quality. Putting on hold for now. — GhostRiver 17:44, 8 January 2025 (UTC)
