Ludwig Huber is the head of a department at a major University, and his name has been repeatedly mentioned in the Austrian News in the last year. It is difficult to find reliable information in English about him, hence my creation of this page. This is not frivolous, and I am not Ludwig Huber! I've added a reference so the page is now okay. In future when you create articles you should ideally add these references yourself as people patrolling new pages here on Wikipedia are likely to delete pages on living people that are not properly referenced and do not explain why the people are notable.
