I'd say no to the merge

The village and the town are two separate places according to the US Census. While I agree that some disambiguation would be a good idea (perhaps including links from one to the other) the census bots seem to create both. If we do go ahead and merge them, we shoudl do this for all the other town/village combinations in Vermont and possibly elsewhere. Jessamyn (talk) 22:12, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I live in Vermont and I was just in Ludlow this weekend for a wedding reception. The town and village are definately two seperate places. We need to follow the census.

I Like how all the separte countie subdivisions can be seen on this state map. but it would look better if there were lines on the map that showed county line boundares 99.51.212.6 (talk) 06:06, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
