article is unsourced, not verified, and make no claim to meeting WP:BIO. Isotope23 19:10, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I updated this article with some of her recent awards, publications and research interests. There were no References so I created a new section and supported the published information with citations. JxxxxL (talk) 00:13, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The biography does not contain any information on Lucy Suchman's professional affiliations, so I am adding a section with this information. HakeberB (talk) 01:27, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am adding a citation for the first award. All of the awards but this one have citations. HakeberB (talk)13:13, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am making a few stylistic edits to the biography. In particular, I am removing the quotation marks around the first book title in the Research section (the title is in both italics and quotation marks) and I am making the format of the works listed in the Publication section more consistent. HakeberB (talk) 13:31, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am placing Suchman's publications in order from earliest to most recent. HakeberB (talk) 14:06, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am adding an additional citation to the paragraph on the 2007 edition of Suchman's book. HakeberB (talk) 14:41, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am adding some additional information and references to the introductory paragraph. HakeberB (talk) 16:23, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

JxxxxL, your contributions to the article are very helpful. I hope that I have built upon them in a constructive manner. HakeberB (talk) 21:22, 27 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

HakeberB, your contributions are great especially the section on Professional Affiliations. They add a nice touch to the comprehensiveness of the article. JxxxxL (talk) 16:12, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'll be helping to add to this article for the next few weeks along with two other members as part of a college project. ignolan (talk) 11:51, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've made a change to the references so that there aren't multiples of the same footnotes. Should also help get rid of some of the clutter that the links were causing on the EDIT page. I've deleted dead external links and added two new links. ignolan (talk) 16:58, 16 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added an infobox and will upload a picture once I become autoconfirmed. If somebody else wants to upload it, I have emailed Lucy and the picture on her website is under the Creative Commons license. Photo credit should go to Andrew Clement. This is the link to the picture: http://www.lancs.ac.uk/fass/pic_library/sociology/lsuchman.jpg ignolan (talk) 16:58, 16 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have added some information concerning Lucys teaching career. After doing research, I have come to realize that there is, at this point, very little that could be added to the article. The information is very neutral and does not need to be changed. The article is no longer a stub, and there is information concerning most of her life, including education, teaching, research, awards, and publications. At this point, I am finding it difficult to find more to add to the article.TMFrezza (talk) 15:06, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added a picture of Lucy Suchman to the article as well as added two of her most recent publications. ignolan (talk) 16:10, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

At the start of our group's editing, the article lacked a photograph of Suchman, information regarding her professional career was minimal, and there were some dead links on the page. All of these things have now been fixed or touched up. I am currently researching to find any more available resources about Lucy's biographical information, publications, scholarly reviews on her works and other beneficial external links.Kylieod10 (talk) 18:25, 20 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I found some scholarly reviews of Suchman's works. I added three more publications to the list. (1995, 1995, 1999) Kylieod10 (talk) 19:23, 20 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added another external link. It is mp3 audio for a lecture called "Consuming Anthropology" that she gave at the Methods@Manchester Seminar. Kylieod10 (talk) 22:23, 20 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
