The image looks crushed

The specimen in the image looks split or crushed. In vivo their abdomen is much narrower, here's a picture:

We only rarely see them here, but they aren't as shy as some other flies so I've been able to carefully look at some and I just noticed the image in the article seemed off from what I remembered. The picture above is much better. 92.67.227.181 (talk) 13:09, 28 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
