[edit]I'd argue that she's certainly notable. Besides being the daughter of Robert Graves she's well known in her own right. She's a well-known translator, has written her own work (a novel and a memoir), and is possibly most noted for translating The Shadow of the Wind, a prizewinning novel which sold in the millions worldwide.
