Missing content

I think the aftermath section could be expanded to mention 1. Colonel Marchal's desire for an independent investigation on the missile attack before the genocide, 2. That the colonel stopped exchanging with General Dallaire because he considers that Dallaire, with his prestige and access to more information, should push for such an in-depth investigation, and 3. The Colonel's theory that the RPF might have been responsible and that the genocide was in their view merely the price to pay to gain power. Marchal was interviewed in 'Les francs tireurs' and explained his views. 198.84.252.4 (talk) 23:51, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
