Separation from Upper Clydach River

I've created a new page for the Upper Clydach River to reflect the fact that the two rivers - upper and lower are quite independent of one another (other than both being tributaries of the Tawe) and deserve separate articles. The old combined page I have moved to this new title, rather than start an entirely new page (the Lr Clydach being the larger of the two) to preserve the history.
