Infobox
[edit]- The album cover image requires an alt description; please add one
Lead
[edit]Paragraph 1
[edit]- Add "the British electronic duo" after "Lost Horizons in the second studio album from" please
- "released in October 2002." -->"released on 7 October 2002."
- The second sentence "It produced two charting singles in the UK, "Space Walk" and "Nice Weather for Ducks"; the latter has often been called the album's stand-out track." is quite an abrupt change from the previous statement; could you add something else between them? Here are some things you should include in the lead:
- What label the album is from
- Who produced the album
- What style of music the album consists of
- etc.
- I went with producer and label.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:55, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Paragraph 2
[edit]- "Domestically, the album charted at number 20, and it also managed to peak at number 24 in the US on the Billboard Top Electronic Albums chart." --> "In the United Kingdom, Lost Horizons peaked at number 20 on the Official Albums Chart, whereas in the United States, it peaked at number 24 on Billboard's Top Electronic Albums component chart."
- De-capitalize "Gold" please
Music
[edit]Paragraph 1
[edit]- "Flight to the Moon" should be italicized, not in quotation marks
Paragraph 2
[edit]- The mention of the track "Return to Patagonia" seems a bit abrupt, so I would add something along the lines of "The fourth track, "Return to Patagonia", features several jazz-inspired elements." (What do you think of that?)
Paragraph 3
[edit]- Add quotation marks around "All the ducks are swimming in the water" please
- Rest is great! :)
- Thanks!--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:55, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Reception
[edit]Critical reviews
[edit]- "Lost Horizons received mostly positive reviews from critics" --> "Lost Horizons received mostly positive reviews from music critics"
- Link "music critics" to the article for "music journalism" please
- Combine the second and third paragraphs into one paragraph please
- No grammatical issues or stylistic flaws; great work!
- Thank you!--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:55, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Sales and accolades
[edit]- Again, de-capitalize "Gold" please
Track listing
[edit]- Add the total album length to both editions of this album: standard and Japanese
- Add this as the headline for the "standard edition" of the album please: (the template is included word-for-word below, so copy and paste from the "Edit" version of this page.)
- Lost Horizons – Standard edition
- Add this as the headline for the "Japanese edition" of the album please: (the template is included word-for-word below, so copy and paste from the "Edit" version of this page.)
- Lost Horizons – Japanese edition
Charts
[edit]Charts
[edit]- Please use the format as described at Template:Album chart for the two charts Lost Horizons peaked on
OK, I'mma need a bit more time on this.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:55, 22 June 2016 (UTC)- Nvmd, I figured it out!--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:58, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Singles
[edit]- This section is not necessary; please remove it altogether
Other notes
[edit]- Is there any "pre-recording" information regarding the album available? Most GA album articles contain a section called "Background" (or a similar title) that detail what the musicians went through before and during the album's creation
- I can look around, but I'm not sure if there is any that is readily available.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:55, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- Please add a "Release history" section; for an example of this, please look at the "Release history" section of This Is What the Truth Feels Like
- I was originally going to, but I had a hard time tracking down this information. Any idea where I might find i?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 15:55, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- I found out in a previous review that this is actually unneccessary, so don't feel the need to do it if you don't want to. Carbrera (talk) 17:53, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- Add an "External links' section that links to Lemon Jelly's official website, and use the "Discogs" template to link to a list of all releases
End of GA Review:
[edit]A very good article with just some changes needed. I will place it on hold for seven days to allow for changes, but since Legobot has been acting up, I don't really know what to think of...? Anyway, @PING me here with any questions, comments, or concerns, and I'll respond swiftly. Thanks and good luck! Cheers, Carbrera (talk) 20:11, 17 June 2016 (UTC).
- I'm traveling for the next day and a half, but after that, I'll get right on this.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 03:14, 19 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Carbrera: I'll try to get the release data together, but in the meantime, I think I'm done. How does it look now?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 18:20, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Gen. Quon: Oh, please don't worry about that! Like I said above, that part is not necessary! It looks great and is ready to be passed. Carbrera (talk) 19:44, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Gen. Quon: I just had the chance to re–read the article and have decided to pass it. Thanks for your cooperation throughout! It was very much appreciated; thank you! Cheers, Carbrera (talk) 02:06, 25 June 2016 (UTC).
