Peerless/ECO in México and the US

I find the classification of Peerless and ECO by country in the discography chapter unhelpful and incorrect.

The prefix LPPU was mainly used by the US manufacturers and distributors Sunshine Records Dist. and S & R Records Manufacturing. But there are also issues from Peerless México with this prefix https://musicbrainz.org/release/cf07d7fd-5cc6-462b-b805-7e9475ea9e01/cover-art
