Please don't post unsourced material concerning Midget Town

That is a well known urban legend. See here [1]. And The Wizard of Oz was filmed in Culver City, not that close to Long Beach. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gaohoyt (talkcontribs) 23:15, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The unsourced and unverified info on 'Midget Town' has remained in the article for too long, so I deleted it. It has been debunked several times in the Long Beach Press-Telegram, for example. As a long-standing urban legend, it probably does deserves mention in the article, but even that mention should be sourced. 66.81.248.251 (talk) 20:48, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
