The see also section is unclear and seems like an arbitrary list of random people. It is not clear to me as a reader why any of these five people are listed or what their connection to di Bonaventura might actually be. This needs to be clarified or the whole section removed. -- 109.77.195.4 (talk) 14:26, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The lead section includes the claim that the films he has made have grossed over $7 billion. It is not clear where in the reference that claim is stated.[1] (it does say he has been prolific and successful and has produced films "all sizes and scopes, across a wide range of genres" which might be a better summary). According to The Numbers his career gross is $8,972,134,491 closer to $9 billion. In any case the lead section is not supposed to be a press release and is meant to summarize what is actually in the article body, and it seems crass and reductive to put this in the lead section at all. -- 109.78.196.173 (talk) 14:08, 12 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My tag on the above problem has been removed as well as my efforts to remove the obviously outdated Nicolas Flammel information from this biography. An editor has decided to block all my edits to this article[2] with no regard for WP:GOODFAITH or WP:IPHUMAN and revert the article back to a worse state, invoking the rule WP:BMB. He seems to believe I am the same user he is trying to block for sock puppetry and holding any vandalism from this IP range against all other users from this IP range. There doesn't seem to be much I can do about this except ask another editor to actually read and review my good faith edits and reapply them. -- 109.78.192.252 (talk) 06:23, 18 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
