Mounted Troop
[edit]Just wondering if there is a reason why it's not included on the LdSH(RC) page? I'm mre than willing to work on it if people are okay with that. Superfly94 (talk) 14:03, 27 April 2013 (UTC)
Royal annecdote
[edit]I do not believe that "LSH" would have been embroidered on a "divsional patch," it would have been on a cloth "shoulder title" or "shoulder flash."Ab.chaplin (talk) 14:23, 5 May 2014 (UTC)

Nicknames
[edit]Does the Strathconas' nickname from the South African War, "the Queen's Cowboys," rate mention? I haven't been able to find a contemporary source that uses the nickname; it seems to have been handed down through oral tradition.Ab.chaplin (talk) 13:45, 24 October 2020 (UTC)
Prince of Wales's Squadron
[edit]Now that the colonel-in-chief is the King, is this squadron called "The King's Squadron"? Indefatigable (talk) 15:52, 12 November 2023 (UTC)
