Thucydides

"Thucydides applies the name to all who preceded him, including Herodotus (I, 21)."

I believe "History" is the only surviving work from Thucydides, and the word "logographer" does not appear in that book, or at least, not in the English translation I have.

The above quoted sentence in the article does not as I understand it provide a source - "(I, 21)" doesn't mean anything to me.

I have then removed this quote sentence.
