Merge proposal

[edit]

I'm proposing a merge of location-based media with locative media, with the final destination probably at locative media. As I see it, the "location-based media" article doesn't quite distinguish its subject from location-based service in a meaningful way, whereas the "locative media" article does a decent job describing its subject as a distinctive medium like the blog. Also, considering that locative art is a stub with minimal content, and most of the examples covered in the locative media article are artistic projects, I think a merge of that article should also be considered for the time being. Dancter (talk) 21:27, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I entirely agree, with both proposals...--Anderssl (talk) 05:23, 29 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Locative media is certainly the most accurate and descriptive heading, with locative arts being a subsection and location-based services being an enabling technology. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.183.129.158 (talk) 12:20, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Locative media. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
