Wipeout

[edit]

I see my original article http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Irish_Property_Tax&oldid=526589428 has been wiped out, although the kinsealy bit has been re-added.

I still think a page called "Irish Property Tax" is the right way to do it. Then we can legitimately cover current and previous property taxes in Ireland in the one place.

Anyway, how about relative valuations of otherwise similar properties in Ireland? Shall we deal with this in a separate page, or here, within the treatment of LPT? My original article mentioned Pyrites (on Dec 5th 2012). On Dec 14th, the Finance Minister said that properties with a "certifiable level" of pyrites should be exempt. Pyrites is just one factor involved in the accurate assessment of property values. What about the others?

I note that while my original article just mentioned Hearth Tax, now a letter to the Irish Times has mentioned that forcible entry for the purpose of Hearth Tax assessment was allowed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by T0ky0 (talkcontribs) 21:59, 16 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
