Re the title Lo que el cielo no perdona[edit]

This title is also that of a 1950 book (apparently a historical novel [1] ) written by Father Fidel Blandon Berrio, the secretary to Columbian Bishop Miguel Ángel Builes.... according to an (uncited today) section in article La Violencia. Said article claims "Blandon resigned from his position and assumed a false identity as Antonio Gutiérrez." Here's a single-paragraph abstract on the topic.
