Comments
  • Overall, the article has a lot of very short paragraphs, which breaks up the reading. For instance, the lead could easily be a single paragraph.  Done I've condensed some of them inc. the lead - hopefully that's better
  • There is no need to reference information in the lead, where the references are repeated in the body (except highly controversial or counter-intuitive information).  Done
  • Is it correct that the reservoir was taken over five years before construction?  Done not sure why that was there - the company was taken over prior to the construction of the reservoir
  • Parts of the history section are unreferenced, as are also other parts of the article.  Done
  • Please place the references after punctuation. (I've fixed those I found).  Done
  • Instead of saying "over 30 years", say "since [when]" (unless speaking of centuries or longer periods). Time passes quickly, and often Wikipedia articles are not updated in many years, alternatively they could be printed or exported.  Done I can't find actual year, so gave decade
  • Spell out abbreviations on first use (such as SSSI and CCW).  Done
  • A gallery is not permitted. All the images are now available at commons:Category:Llanishen Reservoir.  Done by reviewer

Placing article on hold. Arsenikk (talk) 23:44, 30 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have gone through all your comments, and fixed alot of what you said, I think ive added refs to any unreferenced statements on the whole. - Happysailor 03:15, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Looks good, but still need a ref for the Hain and Miliband. Arsenikk (talk) 10:19, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Roger, I'll dig one out here in a bit - Happysailor 14:04, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done finally digged out a reference for Ed Miliband - Happysailor 15:08, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Very good, congratulations with a good article. It is important to make sure all mention of living people is referenced, either on their bio page or otherwhere. Arsenikk (talk) 19:57, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Awesome, Thanks Arsenikk - Happysailor 20:12, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
