Live In LBC & Diamonds In The Rough

[edit]

The article did not to be deleted because it is confirmed by many websites and even Avenged Sevenfold themselves.

The 5th paragraph of the introduction needs a citation about the DVD going video platinum. Airguitar98 (talk) 09:35, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Black Sabbath Cover?

[edit]

Zacky confirmed ages ago that the band recorded an Iron Maiden cover AND a Black Sabbath cover...where's the Black Sabbath cover? 66.57.20.114 (talk) 14:44, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah I was wondering the same exact thing, maybe they are holding back on it for a compilation for them or something/ NTurner42

I think they are saving the Black Sabbath Cover for their next full length album. I also think that their next album should be Heavier than their newest one. I hope It's like thrash or something. OK maybe not quite thrash but smoething along those lines of some Heavier music. Jonasbrotherareterrible (talk) 01:34, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Black Sabbath cover was recorded for a Warner Brothers compilation album called ‘Covered – A Revolution In Sound’ featuring its current artists covering old songs from the label. http://www.metalhammer.co.uk/news/avenged-sevenfold-to-cover-black-sabbath/ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.151.197.121 (talk) 08:25, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speculation in first paragraph?

[edit]

"although his recordings may very well be present in their 5th studio album being that he has already recorded his drum sessions." This is speculation and is not backed up by references... ChrizC (talk) 22:36, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edits about "the Rev"

[edit]

In the first paragraph, it is incorrectly stated that this is the last album to feature The Rev (James Sullivan). This is incorrect, as at least one track on the album "Nightmare" (a more recent release) features his vocal and piano tracks. It is true that this is the last album in which he is full featured on, and which he actually recorded the drum tracks however. 71.222.187.159 (talk) 06:32, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Page Protection

[edit]

Glancing through these Avenged Sevenfold album pages, it appears that there are consistent edit wars regarding spurious information, particularly with regards to songwriting contributions. It might be an idea for a regular Wikipedian who knows how to put protection on these pages to do so, as there is a lack of uniformity and a lack of citations with regards to this so-called “information”, both of which are a concern on this website. 109.150.162.237 (talk) 19:12, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
