Suggestion and objection
[edit]This is an informative list. Below are my suggestions and objections.
- How about a column about the peace treaty following the war.(like the Congress of Vienna following War of the Seventh Coalition )
- The history of the archiducy begins by 1156. But the first war is in 1593. What about the wars in the first four centuries (like for instance Batu's campaign on Wien in 1240s.)
- The Austro-Turkish War (1663-1664) was very interesting. Although the Ottoman army was defeated in the Battle of Saint Gotthard (1664), in the ensuing Peace of Vasvár, Austria agreed to lose territory which means that in the long run it was the Austrian side which was defeated.
- A chronological error; Great Turkish War ended in 1699 by the treaty of Karlowitz. (I didn't change the date 1689 in the text)

- Yes I know, the article is incomplete, it's not that easy to do ;). But I'll be adding the missing wars soon.
