I am removing one, if not a few names, until I have better evidence that they appeared in vaudeville. Some entries are referenced in Laurie's Vaudeville, but little information is provided.

Name Birth Death Nationality Performance Notes Reference
Milton Adolphus 27 January 1913 16 August 1998 American Musician. No citation could be found.
Thomas S. Allen 1876 1919 American Violinist and songwriter. No citation found.
Louis Armstrong 4 August 1901 6 July 1971 American Jazz trumpeter, singer and musician. The reference provides no further information other than that Armstrong appeared in vaudeville. [1]
Balto c. 1922 14 March 1933 Dog who led a dogsled team from Anchorage, Alaska to Nome carrying life-saving medication.
Black Herman 1892 April 1934 American Magician [2][3]
Robert Bloch 5 April 1917 23 September 1994 American Actor. No information, except for his current Wikipedia article, that states he performed in vaudeville. He may have written some vaudeville sketches, but likely did not perform.
Billie Burke 7 August 1885 14 May 1970 American Singer, dancer, actress and Ziegfeld star. Wife of Florenz Ziegfeld. [4][5]
Jimmy Dorsey 29 February 1904 12 June 1957 American Clarinetist, saxophonist and bandleader. The reference only says he toured, does not specify vaudeville. [6]
Edmund Milton Holland 1848 1913 American Comedian. [7]
