Since the local authorities such as the police usually do not have access to the UN main offices, I would consider these as administered by the UN itself as well. This applies definetly for the Headquarters and the main offices in Geneva and Vienna. Should this be included in the article then? 193.138.94.10 (talk) 16:24, 11 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

UNTEA in West New Guinea

[edit]

This article addresses a considerably important subject but it is currently incorrect probably because the editors relied on information published at un.org which is information the United Nations disclaims in the "Terms of Use" page for un.org

The currently incorrect information regards the UNTEA in West New Guinea, which unlike all the other listed territories came under United Nations administration due to an agreement that made the United Nations the trustee of the territory for the benefit of the people of West New Guinea, see the first sentence of the agreement; in other words due to a trusteeship agreement in accordance with Chapter XII of the Charter of the United Nations. I invite Wikipedians to review this article and determine how Wikipedia should describe the UN administration of West New Guinea. Daeron (talk) 18:46, 3 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

UNIFIL zone

[edit]

What about the UNIFIL zone? Isn't it a territory governed by the United Nations too? 144.130.162.86 (talk) 10:59, 10 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
