I feel that this list would benefit from a list of national champions riding in the tour de france. This would make it easier to recognize the national jerseys in the peloton.

By manual labor I've compiled the following list, but I was wondering if anyone can help me get this nicely integrated on the page with some kind of tool?

Road Champions:
  • Australia Simon Gerrans
  • Belarus Yauheni Hutarovich
  • Norway Edvald Boasson Hagen
  • Russia Eduard Vorganov
  • Slovakia Peter Sagan
  • Slovenia Borut Božič
  • South Africa Robert Hunter
  • Ukraine Andriy Hryvko
  • World Champion Mark Cavendish
Time Trial Champions
  • Belgium Philippe Gilbert
  • Estonia Rein Taaramäe
  • France Sylvain Chavanel
  • Germany Tony Martin (+world TT)
  • Netherlands Lieuwe Westra
  • Russia Denis Menchov
  • Slovakia Peter Velits
  • Spain Luis León Sánchez
  • Switzerland Fabian Cancellara
  • United States David Zabriskie
  • Ukraine Andriy Hryvko

Denis Menchov

[edit]

Just took a look at this following the comments on the 2015 FLC and one small thing caught my eye... At the moment sorting by time makes Menchov appear first in the list (because "DSQ" will sort above "1" with data-sort-type="number"). I think he should probably go to the end of the list ({{hs|199}}?), although {{hs|15}} would also make some sense. Relentlessly (talk) 12:07, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
