Symphony No.5 by Roger Lasher Nortman

I found Symphony No.5 by Roger Lasher Nortman, and I have 2 questions: 1. Is Roger Lasher Nortman even a real person? All I could find is that he is from the USA, was born in 1941, was a composer and pianist 2. Is the symphony in G-sharp minor or in A-minor?
