Estonia had also two submarines (Lembit and Kalev) until 1940 (Lembit has preserved until today)!

Chad???

[edit]

Does anyone know how and why the nation of Chad is listed as a former submarine operator? It is one of the most landlocked desert countries in the world and my internet research indicates no mention of submarines there. I think the inclusion of Chad is a prank.
