the map is dated and not accurate as it shows Slovakia and Poland both having 0,880 HDI but Slovakia is marked as a very high HDI and Poland as high HDI.It makes no sense please fix it and update it

The original publication is using exclusively Czechia, not the Czech Republic

The original publication "Human Development Indices and Indicators: 2018 Statistical Update" is exclusively using Czechia in all tables, including the main Table 1 "Human Development Index and its components", which is reproduced here.
