Ingienieur Riebbell, ex Traffic not sunk
[edit]Good morning,
Recently a discussion was settled. The ex Traffic, supposudly sunk at an unknown location was not sunk at all. The ex Traffic was scuttled in 1940, then resurfaced by the German army, taken in use and, in march 1941 dismantled at Cherbourg. This can also be seen at the Nomadic collection facebookpage where a photo is posted of the dismanteling of the ex Traffic.
This is also being mentioned in the book S/s Nomadic, le petit frère du Titanic by Philippe Melia and Fabrice Vanhoutte
