Quicktime VR?
[edit]Why is Quicktime VR listed? It's still fully supported by current Quicktime versions, and plenty of formats support it. Indeed, their Quicktime VR Authoring Studio appears still to be published[1] --Kaszeta 13:53, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Apple Inc.
[edit]I think that Apple Inc. should still be referred to as Apple Computer in this article as it is a historical list of products during the time that Apple Inc. was known as Apple Computer. It should still be noted in the introduction that Apple Computer is "(now known as Apple Inc.).--The Land of Smeg 08:11, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
What the hell is an iPod + HP?
[edit]Can anyone explain this?
- [2] (scroll down for pictures of the packaging with the correct title) There really should be an article about it, although it should probably be titled iPod+hp or Apple iPod from HP instead of iPod + HP as in this article. PaulC/T+ 20:53, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
iMacs?
[edit]As far as I know, iMacs Intel Core 2 duo 17-inch is discontinued for public purchase Same goes to eMacs —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wiknerd (talk • contribs) 15:28, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
Online Service
[edit]eWorld should be listed on here and lined to the Wikipedia article (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Eworld) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ubrgeek (talk • contribs) 11:18, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- I added it to the "Others" section. Joshuagross (talk) 16:47, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Discontinued?
[edit]Why is the iPod touch 4th gen, iPhone 3GS, Snow Leopard and (the unreleased!) Lion listed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.71.121.54 (talk) 01:58, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- I have no idea; those entries have been removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.108.111.81 (talk) 01:55, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- No they haven't.138.210.15.213 (talk) 21:37, 6 October 2011 (UTC)
- I removed Snow Leopard and Lion just now. I did overlook the others, however. Drmargi (talk) 07:22, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- Likely, someone is editing who doesn't understand that this is for **discontinued** products. I am removing the iPhone 5 from the list. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.58.93.58 (talk) 19:03, 11 April 2013 (UTC)
Possible dictionary?
[edit]I know this is a list, but I was wondering if we could have a definition of each product execpt the minor ones? It is too much for me to do, but maybe someone else (or some other people in a group) could do it? Kelton2 (talk) 01:39, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
iPhone 5
[edit]The iPhone 5 is not being discontinued until next year. The iPhone 4s is being discontinued now. All of the rumors you're hearing about the iPhone 5 being discontinued right now are false. So I removed that part from the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.110.228.147 (talk) 21:21, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
Snow Leopard: Mar 2014
[edit]As of now, it's still available in the Apple Store (http://store.apple.com/uk/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard ), and BTW it's not end-of-life yet either – Apple Support still, erm, support it (contradictory to certain silly recent news reports of support stopping for it: it hasn't), especially given it's still needed by certain users in order to get the Mac App Store on their machine (10.6.8 introduced it, AFAIR) in order for them to upgrade to newer versions of OS X. Hence my removal from this list. Jimthing (talk) 23:26, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
Original Macs
[edit]Why don't the original Macs appear on this list? The original 128K, 512K, etc. Tweisbach (talk) 01:38, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
