Merge

Dear Beagel, Before you merge the articles, I have several requests:

Please give me a few weeks to fill in the missing gaps; e.g. on the South African Power Plants - there is so much information that is as of now, still undocumented
The List of hydroelectric power stations lacks information on (a) Year of completion and (b) The names of the river and reservoir lake if any.
I was encouraged to create List of hydropower stations in Africa after reading several stand-alone Wikipedia articles like:

So I thought that a stand-alone article about Africa's hydroelectric power stations would be OK - Africa being larger than Quebec, Romania, India and Australia. Fsmatovu (talk) 14:00, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Many nations not listed

I just added several nations (mostly over 5 million people, so there should be some substantial power plants). Some of these are links to non-existent articles though...--Graham Proud (talk) 12:37, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
