Parties with suspended status vs banned.

[edit]

As far as I am aware from reading sources, parties such as Opposition Platform — For Life have been suspended and not banned. As far as I am able to understand, this means that their party activities have been temporarily banned, but not the party itself. I don't believe there is any legislation suggesting that the party is outlawed or has been delisted. If anyone has any information on if such parties are still sitting in the Rada as representatives of their parties and are still able to vote, perhaps this could clear this issue up. I don't think that parties that were suspended on 20 March should be listed as banned. Perhaps instead with a note stated that they have been suspended.
