Repeat names

Jakob Lenz is listed under 4 different countries: Estonia, Germany, Latvia, and Russia. Shouldn't he only be listed in one, despite his birth and life being mixed between the countries? Also, more notably, James Joyce is listed under three countries: France, Ireland, and Switzerland, despite most people thinking of him as Irish.

Just think the page could be simplified a bit, and that a writer shouldn't be considered more than one nationality, but be considered as the one they embodied the most, as a birthplace or death place shouldn't define your nationality.
