Roosevelt Sykes

I'm surprised Sykes is not listed. The Wiki guidelines are too intimidating for me to put him in there; I don't want to get stalked by some guy in India again.

Phrasing of names

Would anyone object if I made the name phrasing more standard here? "Last name first" is so rarely used on Wikipedia and I don't really see the point. I suspect it's that way simply because the page was originally created in that format. Thoughts? If no one objects, I'll change it in a week or so.
