Is there some good reason why such an appalling choice of header colour has been made on this page? Black font on a deep red is very far from accessible for anyone with the slightest visual impairment. Can we change it to a more accessible combination, please? The current combination specifically fails the WCAG 2.1 AAA accessibility standard: we should not fail such tests. @Tagishsimon: Coincidentally, I came to this article specifically to change the header color. Then, I noticed your posting here on the Talk Page. I thought that the original red was too loud, bright, and distracting. And, yes, it made the charts difficult to read. I changed it to a more subtle and less glaring reddish/orange.
