Does anyone object to the creation of a page similar to this which higlights the 2007 champions of various series? --Falcadore (talk) 02:12, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Formerly"

[edit]

GP2 is not formerly F3000. Formerly implies a name change. The two categories are completely different. This is not what formerly means. --Falcadore (talk) 07:22, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Major cleanup of inaccuracies

[edit]

This list leads a lot of work, as it is not what it claims to be. Instead of a list of motorsport championships it appears to be mostly a list of categories. Something like List of Australian motor racing series would be far more appropriate in my view, although swapping the first two columns around would be an improvement. Also, perhaps this article should be limited to trans-national series, with additional articles existing for each nations domestic series, much in the smae manner as the Australian example linked above, otherwise, you can get a situation like this page exists now where it is sufficiently long to be largely useless.

Thoughts? --Falcadore (talk) 23:18, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
