- Conference of Ministers-President → Conference of Minister-Presidents
– Per WP:CONSISTENT. There seems to be an arbitrary switching between "ministers-president" and "minister-presidents" on here. For instance, compare the above examples to these:
- List of minister-presidents of Brandenburg
- List of minister-presidents of Hesse
- List of minister-presidents of Rhineland-Palatinate
- List of minister-presidents of the Saarland
- List of minister-presidents of Saxony-Anhalt
- List of minister-presidents of Schleswig-Holstein
- List of minister-presidents of Thuringia
- List of longest-serving German minister-presidents
According to Wikipedia's own article on the topic, both versions are acceptable as the plural form. That said, the actual German word Ministerpräsident is pluralized as Ministerpräsidenten, suggesting that "minister-presidents" is at least spiritually the closer translation (that said, I'm not a German speaker). Ultimately, I'm less concerned over which version is better, and more concerned that we reach a consensus for the sake of consistency. Woko Sapien (talk) 18:21, 13 September 2024 (UTC)
- Support for consistency. I support minister-presidents or ministers-president, as long as it's the same. The term with more popularity seems to be "minister-presidents", and if that's also more similar to the German word, we should go with it. Feeglgeef (talk) 03:13, 15 September 2024 (UTC)
