Mwakio's triad

Is a clinical triad seen commonly in pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) which consist of 2 symptoms including lower abdominal pain of variable severity, purulent vaginal discharge and 1 clinical sign which is cervical motion tenderness on bimanual pelvic examination.
