I had a look at the source[1] and this page seems to be a verbatium copy, the website is © 2010 The Joint Commission, All Rights Reserved so it does seem to be Wikipedia:Copyright violations. I'm not sure how it could be fixed.--Salix (talk): 08:02, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are many instances in life of people putting copyright lines on simple lists of textual information, despite the fact that copyright doesn't cover textual information itself, only the creativity of how it is presented. There's nothing here creative enough to fall under that guideline. You were right to ask, but I don't think any change is needed. Quercus solaris (talk) 22:12, 30 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
