@Timeshifter:
Why are the state and city columns narrower? The width that has been used for years, ensured the state and city are on one line, and provided a cleaner appearance. Now the city and state are crowded with a more cluttered appearance.Yousef Raz (talk) 21:25, 23 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Yousef Raz: The secret to tables is to allow the text to wrap within cells as needed. As determined by the width and resolution of the desktop monitor, tablet screen, or phone screen. You can test this by changing the width of your browser. Click the middle button at the top right of your browser. Drag a browser window edge to change the width of your browser. Watch how the text in cells flows to keep the total lines down.
I noticed on my smaller desktop monitors that the set widths you had added to some columns made those columns too wide. This forced the description column to be too narrow. The description column then consisted of too many lines of text in many cells. This made the table much longer. This is easily fixed by removing any widths being set within the table. --Timeshifter (talk) 23:36, 23 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I see what youre saying on a larger screen. Its fine. My personal preference is the larger columns for date, city and state. Your explanation reduced the importance to me.Yousef Raz (talk) 04:51, 24 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
