Merge, rename?

This article's title is very much similar to List of power stations in China and essentially both should cover the same stations; notable and major. I think this list should be renamed "List of power stations in China by province" or merged into List of power stations in China. Thoughts?--NortyNort (Holla) 02:11, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
