Opening heading

I'm intending to add the ARLH and Admiralty numbers soon, along with a brief synopsis including lat/lon if I can locate it. By all means, if there's any interest in spinning off any individual lighthouses off to their own article, go for it! I also need to check to see if these lighthouses are already in Wikipedia.
