Clean-up 2010

I'm not sure what the original contributors intended, but I've attempted to make some sense of this page's content. The editor who created the page included as "subsystems" standard language, dialect, language etc. I've never heard these described as subsystems. A later editor added phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. These, along with phonetics, are often discussed as subfields of linguistic study. I have therefore re-created the page with links to pages discussing those six. I'm not sure whether this page serves a unique need for Wikipedia users, but will look into it.
