Revert
[edit]Most of the recent additions are not elections endorsements (see WP:ENDORSE); some of them are post-election reactions which belong instead at International reactions to the 2024 Venezuelan presidential election. I reverted with the intent to post a list at the talk page of the Reactions article, but found most aren't salvageable].
As examples:
- The Reuters source given for Omar Barboza is a reliable source, but doesn't say that he endorsed Barboza.
- I can't find the Democratic Republican Union in the Efecto Cocuyo source.
- This source doesn't include Nueva Vision para mi pais, and even if it did, it is self-source to Gonzalez-- not an independent source
- It does source Movimiento Republicano, but for Gonzalez to make the claim via an own-tweet does not provide independent verification.
- Most of the international politicians are reactions, not endorsements. If they are notable, they can be added to that article.
So I haven't made any corrections; most isn't salvageable. Ballers1919, could you please stop adding bare urls, read WP:ENDORSE, and take greater care to make additions to the right article? SandyGeorgia (Talk) 02:09, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
